Anne graduated with honours from the Doctor of Physiotherapy program at The University of Melbourne after moving to Australia from Vancouver. Having completed her bachelors of Kinesiology, she has experience as a clinical exercise leader in spin, strength and conditioning and functional programs. Anne will also be completing her APPI Clinical Pilates course early this year. She is a strong believer of using a combination of exercise therapy and manual techniques.
Anne has a passion of spinal and sports physiotherapy, having worked as the head sports training for Preston Blues Football club who attained a premiership in 2016. She is particularly interested in lower limb rehabilitation after having torn both ACL’s herself.
Anne is an avid traveler, but still learning the life of a melbournian. Although the enjoys the occasional brunch, she prefers riding her bike and climbing mountains. She is excited to join the PMPP team to meet you, share a laugh and help with your rehabilitation or personal health and fitness goals.
