DIANA EMMERSON

Diana graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Monash University in 2008. She went on to complete a Post Graduate Certificate of Sports Physiotherapy and then a Master of Sports Physiotherapy degree at Latrobe University in 2017, awarding her the title of APA Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist.

Diana is one of Tennis Australia’s Tournament Physiotherapists’, covering professional tournaments throughout Australia and at the Australian Open. This carries on from past experience working with the Victorian Amateur Football Association (VAFA), Victorian Football League (VFL) and Gymnastics Australia.

Diana is experienced in seeing a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions, but her special interests include all sports-related injuries, tendinopathy management, shoulder injuries, lower limb injuries and is passionate about the health and wellbeing of new mums.

Outside of physio life, Diana enjoys going to her S&C/HIIT classes at the gym, spending time with husband Chris and their busy toddler Harvey, and getting outdoors for a run.

Diana is currently on maternity leave.
