With 10 years of clinical experience, and a strong foundation in movement science and rehabilitation, Alexandra combines evidence-based manual therapy with tailored clinical exercise to support recovery, prevent injury, and promote long-term wellness.
Alex is a qualified pelvic floor physiotherapist, and now focuses her clinical practice on pelvic health for both women and men. She has a particular interest in postnatal recovery, pelvic pain, incontinence, and the diverse challenges individuals face across different life stages.
Alex also integrates dry needling into her treatments where appropriate and believes in a holistic, compassionate approach that helps her clients regain control and confidence in their bodies. She is particularly passionate about helping people understand and connect with their pelvic floor, and she values education as a key part of the rehabilitation journey.
Outside of clinical work, Alex enjoys staying active through running and Pilates, which she finds essential for both physical and mental wellbeing.
