SHEREE FREEDMAN
Sheree is a highly experienced physiotherapist with over 20 years in the field, graduating with honours from The University of Melbourne. Since then, she has worked across both private practices and hospital settings, developing broad expertise in acute sports injuries, spinal care, and rehabilitative physiotherapy. Before opening PMPP in 2010, Sheree led the physiotherapy department at St Vincent’s Private Hospital, where she was also Head of Orthopaedic Physiotherapy.
Sheree has a special interest in pregnancy and post-partum care. After becoming a mum to Asher in 2015 and Caleb in 2017, she gained a deeper understanding of the physical demands of pregnancy and childbirth. She is passionate about supporting women through all stages of their pregnancy journey.
She is trained in Clinical Pilates through Dance Medicine Australia and is qualified in Dry Needling, which she often incorporates into her treatment approach. In addition, Sheree is a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer, with a strong interest in musculoskeletal and sports injury rehabilitation. As an avid runner, she has a particular focus on lower limb injuries and helping others return to activity safely and confidently.
