She has worked across both private practices and hospital settings, developing broad expertise in acute sports injuries, spinal care, and rehabilitative physiotherapy. Before opening PMPP in 2010, Sheree led the physiotherapy department at St Vincent’s Private Hospital, where she was also Head of Orthopaedic Physiotherapy.
Sheree has a special interest in pregnancy and post-partum care. After having her boys in 2015 and 2017, she gained a deeper understanding of the physical demands of pregnancy and childbirth. She is passionate about supporting women through all stages of their pregnancy journey.
Sheree is trained in Clinical Pilates through Dance Medicine Australia and is qualified in Dry Needling, which she often incorporates into her treatment approach. In addition, Sheree is a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer, with a strong interest in musculoskeletal and sports injury rehabilitation. As an avid runner, she has a particular focus on lower limb injuries and helping others return to activity safely and confidently. She conducts Running Assessments to assess clients running biomechanics and how their gait may be impacting their injuries. Sheree also assists clients with hip and knee osteoarthritis though the GLA:D exercise and education program.
Outside of work Sheree enjoys running half marathons, spending time with her boys and walks with her dog Duvi.
