SHEREE FREEDMAN
Sheree has worked as a physiotherapist for over 15 years, after graduating with honours from The University of Melbourne. Since this time she has worked at various private practices as well as in the hospital setting, gaining experience in acute sport, spinal and rehabilitative physiotherapy. Prior to opening PMPP in 2010, Sheree managed the physiotherapy department and was head of orthopaedic physiotherapy at St Vincent’s Private Hospital.
Sheree is very experienced in the assessment and treatment of pregnancy and post-partum related conditions. Sheree became a mum to Asher in 2015 and Caleb in 2017, and understands the challenges that pregnancy and labour have on the female body. Sheree enjoys helping women throughout their pregnancy journey. She is one of the co-authors of PMPP’s ebook Bump and Beyond, and a principal presenter of our Birth Skills workshops.
Sheree completed Clinical Pilates training with Dance Medicine Australia and is also qualified to use Dry Needling as part of her treatment approach. Sheree is also a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer. She has a keen interest in musculoskeletal and sports injury rehabilitation. As an avid runner, she has a particular interest in lower limb injuries and rehabilitation.
