Sally has been working in private practice since graduating from The University of Melbourne in 2003. She began her career working with clients to help them recover from musculoskeletal and sports injuries. She worked with various sporting teams during her time working at Monash University, and developed a passion for using Clinical Pilates as an adjunct to injury recovery and prevention. Being a keen runner herself, Sally enjoys working with runners, particularly around injury prevention and return to training.

In 2010 Sally and Sheree opened PMPP in order to pursue their interests in Clinical Pilates and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Since then Sally developed a passion for helping pregnant and post-natal clients through their motherhood journey, believing Clinical Pilates to be an essential support to women through pregnancy and postpartum.

Sally is very experienced in the treatment and management of pregnancy related back and pelvic pain, both pre- and post-natal. She has completed her Women’s Health pelvic floor course, and assists women with all aspects of postnatal recovery, incontinence and pelvic pain. Since having her daughter in 2017, she developed a special interest in this area, and subsequently co-authored PMPP’s eBook, Bump & Beyond. Sally is passionate about helping women throughout their pregnancy journey, into motherhood and returning to exercise post partum. She now also has a son, born in March 2020.

Sally believes in an holistic approach to exercise and well-being, enjoying a range of activities to keep fit and healthy. She regularly participates in fun runs and trains for half marathons, and she enjoys walking The Tan or Albert Park lake with friends and regular pilates classes.
