Tanya graduated from La Trobe University in 2004. Since then she has worked in the hospital system, and for the last 8 years in private practice. She has also worked for multiple football and rugby teams, gaining experience in the acute management and rehabilitation of sporting injuries. Tanya has completed her DMA Clinical Pilates training, as well as dry needling, which she incorporates into her treatment sessions as needed. She has a special interest in Clinical exercise and dynamic core stability, neck pain and headaches, however is competent in a variety of injuries, whether it be a sore back, a strained muscle, pre and post-natal issues and general musculoskeletal injuries.
